Coastal Conversations was a free, collaborative event with The Norfolk Wildlife Trust, that took place at the Cley Marshes Visitors’ Centre on Saturday 30 June 2018
There were engaging conversations with people familiar with the ever-changing Norfolk Coast. Our informed conversationalists come from the Open University, the Norfolk Wildlife Trust and beyond. people listened and discussed aspects of the coast’s ‘living landscape’. Some of the conversations were recorded for the Sounding Coastal Change 24-hour live online broadcast from Blakeney for World Listening Day, 18 July 2018.
At a later training session people from the Norfolk Wildlife Trust watched and discussed the Glaven Eel Project film as an example of social marketing.
The Sonic Postcards were on display and people listened, often emotionally, to sounds from Blakeney.
